Family Friendly Community grants for up to $10,000 are up for application from First 5 Contra Costa. This year they are requiring that an applicant or a representative from an applicant’s group attend an information workshop to apply.  The last one this year is Friday in Concord at 1 pm.  For more information or to RSVP call (925) 335-9991.  There are grants for all sorts of projects, see www.firstfivecc.org.

This is the grant that PRAM used to resurface the Janice Playlot in Ptoint Richmond, and community groups with at least five people and non-profit organizations as well as others are eligible.  Remember, you must attend the meeting this Friday, May 2, to be eligible for the grants, and applications are due next week.
