NOTES FROM ALL OVER: If you haven't visited the Web site of Richmond City Councilman Tom Butt -- the address, not surprisingly, is www.tombutt.com -- what are you waiting for? The site "has logged over half a million hits so far in 2006 with an average of nearly 1,600 hits per day from nearly 400 visitors per day," Butt noted this week.

The most popular part of the site is the e-forum, where Butt, who is hardly shy with an opinion, keeps readers apprised with his spin on issues and events in the city. And if you don't have time to check the site, you can subscribe to his e-mail bulletins. If you're not online, though, you're pretty much out of luck ...
