To Council Members,

Political organizing can often lead to situations with abusive, toxic, even delusional dynamics. I hope this article will lead you to reflect on how to better facilitate grassroots organizing. In my view, transparency is our strongest tool to prevent irresponsible behavior and abuse of power:
