  Boys and Men of Color Career Summit on July 21

The City of Richmond has partnered with the City of Oakland and several great organizations to host a Boys and Men of Color Career Summit on July 21. During the event, participants will have opportunities to interview with employers, connect to community resources, and participate in career preparation and leadership development training.

Registration is NOW OPEN for the next "Winning in the Workplace" training lab in Richmond. You can click here to register or text BMOC to 95577.  Participating in the lab is required for access to pre-scheduled interviews during the summit. The labs are FREE; participants must register by July 13.

Also, registration for the July 21 Career Summit is now open. The Summit begins at 9:00am and concludes at 3:00pm. The summit will include a hiring pavilion with on-the-spot interviews, a career expo with professional networking opportunities, interactive skill-building workshops for young adults, a program for CEOs and influencers, and more. Young adults and volunteers can click here to register for the Summit.
