The biggest lease deal was the Williams Sonoma taking over 250,000 square feet of warehouse-distribution at Point Pinole Business Park. Hello Fresh also leased over 100,000 square feet for a state-of-the-art freezer warehouse. Hello Fresh is relocating with 50 employees, and plans to add 50 more employees soon.
