  Mariner Co-Working Venue Takes Off
April 24, 2015

The Mariner Co-Working Environment located in 3,000 square feet on the second floor of a Point Richmond office building across from the historic Hotel Mac has been signing up members even faster than anticipated. All but one private office has been reserved by new members, and the open workstations are being snapped up next.

Interest has been so high that new members are now working on site even before all the furnishings have been delivered.

Members of the Richmond main Street Initiative will be visiting next week to see if the concept can be copied for a downtown Richmond location. The site provides a variety of working environments, opportunities for networking and collaboration, on-site parking, high speed Internet and an abundance of nearby services including restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, an indoor public swimming pool, parks, trails and Bay access.
