Yesterday I was invited to share with KRON4 viewers the plan for a Richmond Branding and Marketing Study.

We are going to approach this in two phases. The first phase is “Education, Research and Insights” and will cost $54,000. The scope of services is described in the attached proposal from North Star. We are going to use North Star for Phase 1 because they were previously competitively selected by the City of Richmond for a similar study that was canceled by the City Council.
