·         We have been getting very favorable media coverage, which is the best kind because it is free, widely distributed and considered more objective than campaign literature. For examples, see:

§  United Front Against Bates in mayor’s Race, SF Chronicle
§  The Battle for Richmond’s Soul, East Bay Express
§  Butt for Richmond Mayor, Contra Costa Times Editorial

·         Our first mailer, “We Agree,” was delivered two weeks ago. Thre others are in the mail. Top see them all, go to http://www.tombutt.com and click each to view.
·         We continue to hand out the Tom Butt Post Card in both English and Spanish
·         Hundreds of  volunteers have signed up, and those with advanced skills in graphics and databases have been working in our office on critical organizations projects. Others are canvassing and phone banking. Contact Alex Knox at  cell 510-231-7514, email tombutt4mayor@intres.com for details.
