We learned today that the State Department of Finance has reversed its earlier opinion and has now recognized the Bradley Moody Grade Separation Project as a continuing obligation of the former redevelopment agency.  This preserves the redevelopment funding that was previously in place for the project and will allow it to move forward.  Please see the attached letter for details regarding their ruling.
