Rick Karvosky, City of Richmond Director of Public Services (traditionally known as “Public Works”) has resigned effective June 29, 2001, with his last day of work being May 25, 2001. He was in charge of Building Services, Equipment Services, Streets and Sewers, Wastewater and Paratransit. Rich Davidson will be Acting Public Services Director until June 5, 2001, when a contract engineer will assume the rile of Acting Public Services Director.
